A smart city initiative under Cisco Kinetic for Cities for IGNP Bikaner Rajasthan. This project consists of multiple sub-projects, the primary objective being to have a Centralized Command Centre, wherein the Main Canal Regulatory Gates, and Lift Pump Stations can be monitored for various parameters & controlled remotely. Furthermore, it consists of a Block-Chain based automatic water distribution system and Smart Farming (Land & Crop Analysis for advanced Data Analytics).
For this particular project, my tasks were to design the high-level architecture, overlook the implementation of the tasks assigned to various teams and make decisions pertaining to important tasks within individual teams.
